I emailed support requests to wu@wisiyilink.com four weeks ago but I still haven’t received any response. I need your help.
Currently I have a wireless printing server wps203w and wps402w.
I have connected this device according to the user manual to the wifi router, but failed. I have tried many times with different wifi routers in different locations, including my home, my company, the company where my customers agree to buy this wireless print server. This wireless print server is currently only successfully connected to a pocket wifi or a wifi hotspot on a smartphone.
I attached the process log that I connected to my home wifi router failed. Please help me fix this problem, because wifi router is a device that is used everywhere rather than pocket wifi or hotspot.
I would like to add some more information as follows
– I am using Huawei E5885Ls-93a pocket wifi, Xiaomi Mi 9T smartphone to play wifi hotspot, a Huawei HG8045A wifi modem at my home.
– All of these devices support up to 32 concurrent connections. I only have 1 laptop, 2 smartphones and now I have 1 wireless printing server.
– All devices have DHCP enabled
– Wifi passwords on these devices are configured by me, so I will never enter the wrong passwords.
– I have tried reconfiguring the wifi modem no less than 10 times but I still cannot access it.
– All devices are set up in 20 MHz frequency band

I am also wondering if if I use a wireless print server in Access Point mode, this device can support how many max concurrent connections?
